Our data is stored securely using encrypted, password-protected software operating on secure servers within the European Union. We do not sell, trade, or share your details with any third parties. In corporate consulting and conflict resolution settings, individual data and personal session details are held under strict professional privilege and are never disclosed back to management or employers without your explicit, written consent.
Data Retention & Your Rights
Your data will be retained for up to 7 years to fulfill standard legal, tax, and professional liability insurance mandates. Under data protection laws, you retain the absolute right to request access to your data, request the correction of inaccurate data, or request that your data be permanently deleted from our systems.
